The Perfect Push ups are awesome. Period. It makes push ups so much more difficult. It also provides for more of a workout and is a great way to get your upper body in shape.
The way the Perfect Push ups are made allows the user to go down further than normally possible on a regular push up. Thus, the upper back is also worked out. Besides the fact that the Perfect Push ups work different parts of the body than a normal push up, they also work the same parts of your body a normal push up would, but in a way that a more difficult and intense workout will be provided.
The rotation in the push ups are great. Because of this rotation, the user gets not only different muscle worked out, but the muscle being worked out gets more of a workout. Imagine it like this. If bench press is performed, the burn is felt. If bench press, dumbbell bench press, and flies are performed, the burn is definitely felt. Thank you. And I apologize for not finishing the last few days of my latest workout. Like I said, I became ill. My entire family actually did. All in a week span period. The stuff was really contagious. Still going around I guess.
