Perfect Pushups FAQ's

1) Do the Perfect Pushups work the abs?
- Unless you know something I don't, no.

2) Do you only use the Perfect Pushups when you workout?
- No. I follow the 10,8,6,6 pyramid workout.
- Day 1: I work chest tri's
- Day 2: Back Bi's
- Day 3: Legs Shoulders

3) Do the Perfect Pushups make you gain weight?
- They could burn your body fat and replace that fat with muscle. Thus you could become heavier, but you will look more lean and you will be healthier.

4) Do the Perfect Pushups work your arms?
- Yes! Especially your triceps on the inner grip pushup.

5) All I do is perfect pushups! Will I get big?
- Probably not. You will become really tone, but to really bulk up you need to do a full workout. Follow the plan I listed above. Ask your school coach or trainer for more information.

6) Are the perfect pushups worth the price?
- In a sense they are. If you don't have a home gym and have no gym membership then go ahead and purchase the perfect pushups. Otherwise I wouldn't worry about it.

7) Did you really increase your pushups by 33% in 21 days?
- Yes! In the first 21 days of the program my pushups increased from 30 to 40.

8) I can't even do a pushup. Do you recommend the perfect pushups.
- Yes! You will have to do modified (knee) pushups at first though!
