Okay, just did my Day 1 workout.
idk what to say, i have this problem where when i do regular pushups my elbow "clicks" and it affects my performance. but when i used the perfect pushups the rotation prevents it and made me feel more comfortable.
also whats big about it is that it got my triceps to a level of soreness that my regular workout of 7x30 pushups couldnt reach before.
i got a feeling my arms are gonna be rock solid by the time the 3 weeks are up lol

This is a great example of why certain equipment can relieve the pain of past injuries. I believe in the perfect push-up equipment, especially since the range of motion perfectly emulates the proper function of the pectorals.
What do you do to get your abs? I tend to hate situps because I'm sliding out of place trying to do them.
To get my abs I do a variety of situps. ;)
I own these and I must say, they get the job done. Especially on tricepts. After a good work out, arms feel sore as hell and they feel useless for a good 15 mins or so until they cool off. Good stuff.
