Perfect Pushup Works what musles?

I have been getting many questions as of late. Many people are just dieing to know what muscles the perfect pushups work out. So, it's my pleasure to give you the answer. If you're looking for a full body workout, you will not get it with the perfect pushup. However, if you're looking to complete a pretty decent upper body workout, you will get it with the perfect pushup.

The perfect pushups seem to work out your outer chest, your triceps, and the inside of your back. Obviously the perfect pushups are mainly a chest exercise, but like all exercises, they do work out other things. I have been asked many time, do the perfect pushups work out the abdominals? No. They don't! Unless you know something that I don't know that is.

It is true that the perfect pushup wont work out your abs when you do regular pushups with them. However, you can use them to do mountain climbers which will definetly work out your abdominal region if you do enough of them. By the way thanks for the great info!

If you want work your abs while doing the perfect push ups you need to pull your naval towards your spine. In other words,stiffen your abs while you do it. In my opinion what I just told you is an automatic thing if your doing your push ups regularly because as you increase your reps and do more of it, you will struggle and that in turn will make you tighten your abs. I've been doing perfect push-ups for two months and I do 11 sets of 30 reps.

just figured id let you all know that you definately get an ab workout from these things..just as you do from just about any physical fitness you do. they are the core muscle group of your body and without them you wouldn't be able to do the things you do everyday. is it gonna get you that six pack you want? not without doing the crunches, mountain climbers, leg lifts, etc., but they will help tone your abs.
