Guys. The Perfect Pushups will make you RIPPED if you follow the program.The perfect push ups will TEAR you're CHEST, BACK, and TRICEPS up. If you stick to the Perfect Push up routine you will almost indefinitely become RIPPED.

I've owned the perfect pushup for a while, but never got around to using it until two months ago. I stick to the workout plan that came with the packaging, and so far I am amazed at how well this product has worked for me. On day one, my max number of pushups was 22, now only about a month and 4 days in, I am maxing at around 35 - and pumping out the 120 pushups a day plus some extra power workouts. My triceps, deltoids, and upper back have become much more toned out since I have started using this product. However I have several questions.
1. I am now on the second month and doing 20, 12,8 for each set. Is it necessary to keep this under 2 minutes?
2. Does anyone think it is a good idea to take whey protein and JUST do this workout?
That's about it, but like I said - Great Product and worth the $.
