So the other day was Day 1 of my Perfect Pushup Journey. Actually, I have ran through this journey before, but I am going to go ahead and do it again to get ready for the P90X challenge. The P90X involves doing a lot of pushups so I believe the perfect pushups will get me more prepared for the challenge.
Anyway, I am pretty sore from the workout due to the fact that I haven't worked out in awhile. I am on a 14-10-6 workout plan. So we'll continue to see how the workout goes.
